New Government Forms Marked as CUI
We are starting to see the government actually do what it is telling you to do. This video talks about the Standard Form (SF) 328 (foreign ownership, control or influence, known as FOCI), which CURRENTLY companies who are seeking or have a facility clearance (like SECRET) have to complete. Starting next year, all DoD contractors will have to complete this.
If you are one of those companies who answer any of these questions with a yes, you likely will have to do what is called FOCI Mitigation, which potentially includes all sorts of documents and agreements including, possibly, a special security agreement or SSA.
